Strong Manufacturing Capacity with Customization Support!

Our cooperative factory located in Jiangsu boasts strong production capacity and fully independent processing technology. It is equipped with an annual 20,000-ton steel pipe production line and a professional machining workshop for bearing rings, supported by a mesh belt furnace and two high-frequency quenching equipment sets. Complete production lines for bearing cages and sealing rings are also in place.

With robust mass-production strength, the factory achieves an annual output of 7 million sets of water pump bearings, 20 million sets of deep groove ball bearings, and 5 million sets of double-row deep groove ball bearings. Custom knurling processing is available for double-row models.

Covering the whole production process with in-house manufacturing, we can customize grease types and filling quantities according to customer working conditions. We fully meet customized and differentiated procurement demands, ensuring stable supply and reliable product quality.
