Our water pump bearings feature high – speed stability, long service life, and low – noise operation — designed to withstand the demanding conditions of modern engine cooling systems. High - speed and Low - noise Performance

The shaft - mounted bearing is an important component of the water pump. Specifically designed for engine cooling pumps, it operates stably with minimal vibration. The noise of batch products can be controlled below 38dB. It features high rotational speed and load - bearing capacity. Under normal circumstances, it is required to reach 6000 r/min and has a double - row structure.

Materials and Processes

The steel used in our bearings (including shafts, outer rings, steel balls, and rollers) is high - carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15). After heat treatment, the hardness of the shaft raceway is 58 - 62HRC, the hardness of the outer ring raceway is 60 - 64HRC, and the hardness of the steel balls and rollers is 61 - 65HRC. Commonly used high - temperature greases include SUPER - N, Esso N3, Lubriplate MP1003. We can also customize the grease type according to requirements to ensure reliable operation in engine bay environments up to 120°C..

Other Accessories and Processes

The material of the cage is reinforced nylon 66, sourced from imported materials of BASF or DuPont. The sealing ring generally uses nitrile rubber. When the operating environment temperature is higher than 120℃, a fluororubber sealing ring is selected. For shaft - mounted bearings of water pumps, without special requirements, the original radial clearance of the complete bearing is 15 - 35μm.

🔧 How One-Way Bearings Work in Washing Machine Clutches

  • Wash mode: The motor drives the pulsator to rotate forward and reverse. The one-way bearing freewheels, allowing the inner tub to remain stationary while only the pulsator agitates.
  • Spin mode: The motor reverses direction. The one-way bearing locks, coupling the clutch shaft to the inner tub — causing the tub to spin at high speed for water extraction.
  • Critical installation note: The locking direction must match the spin rotation direction. Incorrect installation will prevent the spin cycle from working.
  • Common failure symptoms: Washer won't spin, loud noise during spin cycle, or clothes still soaking wet after spin — often indicates one-way bearing failure.

  • CSK-6005: Suitable for compact and standard top-load washing machines (6-8 kg capacity)
  • CSK-6205: Suitable for large-capacity washing machines (8-12 kg) and front-load washers with higher spin torque
  • Torque rating: Select a bearing with max torque at least 1.5× the expected spin cycle torque for safety margin
  • Lubrication: Use only grease specified for clutch applications — incorrect grease causes slippage
